Canoe the Agawa River

The wild Agawa River flows through one of the deepest canyons in Ontario and features countless whitewater thrills for intermediate moving water canoeists. We access the river via the famed Algoma Central Railway and spend two days paddling approximately 30 kilometres to its mouth at Lake Superior. Besides lots of Class I and II whitewater, highlights spectacular canyon scenery and 25-metre-tall Agawa Falls. Offered in conjunction with Naturally Superior Adventures.
